How much does it cost?The ticket price will depend on the date of purchase. Please note that rates are subject to change without notice. We recommend registering as soon as possible to secure your spot and rate. Weekend cabin tickets include lodging in a shared cabin, access to all activities throughout the weekend, and an open bar for the parties. Weekend tent tickets include a reserved space for your tent, access to all activities, and an open bar for the parties. Please note that each individual should register separately no matter if they are sleeping in a tent or in a cabin.

What are the dates?We'll check in on Friday, August 30th at 5:00 pm and check out on Monday, September 2nd before 10:00 am.

What kind of food will be available?We have carefully selected food vendors based on feedback from previous years' attendees, ensuring a variety of food options to choose from. Each vendor will have its own set menu and prices, allowing campers to pick and choose according to their preferences. If you prefer to cook your own food, you are welcome to bring your own grill.

Where will we sleep?If you purchased a "Reserve Your Space In A Cabin" ticket, we provide shared cabin accommodation. Women who prefer a women-only dorm option will have the opportunity to choose a women-only dorm. If you purchased a "Bring Your Own Tent" ticket, you are responsible for bringing and setting up your own tent. Those with RV's should purchase a "Bring Your Own Tent" ticket. While we welcome RV's, please note there is no water or electrical setup on site. Please note that each individual should register separately no matter if they are sleeping in a tent, cabin, or RV.

What is your refund policy?Refunds must be requested by June 1st, 2024, and will be issued minus a $75 registration fee if requested by that date. Any request after June 1st, 2024, will not be honored.

What should we bring?Please bring twin size bed linen, mosquito repellant, and comfortable clothing. You are also welcome to bring your own tent for relaxing during the day. While we will provide an open bar at the parties, you are welcome to bring your own drinks for the rest of the day.

Are guns/hunting allowed?No, this is a peaceful event focused on appreciating nature and spending time with like-minded individuals.

What activities will we have?We offer a variety of activities, including kickball, sand volleyball, canoeing, archery, crate-stacking, a night hike, and more. We'll also have a lake party, costume party, and an adult campfire discussion. While we encourage participation in all events, attendees can choose which activities they'd like to participate in.

Where is it located?Sip N S'mores supports Camp Kupugani, a black-owned camp located about 30 minutes southwest of Rockford. The camp is about a 2-hour drive from Chicago, and additional details will be provided to registered campers in advance.
